The Approach
A full AI-powered UGC pipeline was designed and built from the ground up. The system runs in four stages, each handled by purpose-selected AI tools orchestrated through a custom n8n workflow.
Stage 1: Trend Detection. The system continuously monitors trending topics across culture, art, and lifestyle verticals. Signals from social platforms and news sources are aggregated and ranked by relevance to Shuffle Culture Club's editorial identity.
Stage 2: Content Ideation & Scripting. GPT-4o generates content briefs and full scripts in the platform's tone: sharp, culturally attuned, and conversational. The platform's voice is baked into the system prompt and refined continuously based on what performs.
Stage 3: Voiceover Production. ElevenLabs turns the approved scripts into natural-sounding voiceovers that match the brand's on-air personality, with no studio or talent scheduling needed.
Stage 4: Video Production. Seedance handles visual generation and video assembly, producing polished, format-ready content for short-form platforms. Final outputs land in an Airtable review queue, where the editorial team reviews and approves each video before it is published. The team keeps creative control without touching the production layer.
